Terms of Sale
Payment Plans: A non-refundable deposit of 35% will be required to hold a gecko. This applies for purchases $400 and up. Purchases $399 and down should be paid in full unless otherwise communicated. If you change your mind on the particular gecko you have placed on hold, the deposit amount may be used as credit towards another available gecko. Full payment must be made within 30 days of initial deposit unless otherwise discussed. All sales are conducted through PayPal, Venmo, and Bank Wire Transfer . If full payment is not received within the 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. All animals are first come first serve. Discounts are NOT valid on payment plans unless otherwise stated. No animals will be held without payment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Shipping: Flat rate shipping of $60. Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states of Continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please message for shipping quotes for Alaska as well as International orders. Shipping will be overnight for next day delivery Tuesday-Thursday. Shipping dates will be when temperatures are between 40-80F here as well as on the receiving end. Shipments will be delivered to the address provided with your order but we do prefer to ship to your local FEDEX hub for pick up. If home delivery is chosen then the buyer will have to be available to receive in person on the 1st attempt. Shipments held at FEDEX hubs are climate controlled thus this is the safest method for your animal. Safe shipping temps are always at our discretion. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer nor shipment delays by the courier.
Health Guarantees: All geckos will have a 10 day guarantee. You are responsible for contacting us via phone, text, email, or Facebook message within one hour of receiving to inform us of the arrival condition of your animal. All health guarantees are null and void if you do not contact us within one hour of receiving. In the unlikely event of illness or death within 10 days, you will be offered a replacement gecko of similar quality or credit towards an available gecko. If there is not a comparable gecko available, a standing credit will be issued for Flawless Crested Geckos use only. The cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. You must submit proof of illness or death with clear photographs and/or videos. Injuries sustained after arrival such as from other pets, inappropriate care, and other forms of physical harm will not be covered under the health guarantee. Tail loss during shipment is not covered under the health guarantee (Tails do not regenerate).
Sexing: All geckos listed as male or female are guaranteed to be that gender. All possible male or female geckos are not guaranteed. Attempts will be made to PORE CHECK but does not gaurantee sex.
For Your Information: All geckos are photographed to show as much detail as possible. Attempts will be made to fire up but not guaranteed. All geckos are photographed with high quality photography equipment but there are no filters used. Sales will not be made to minors under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse any sale with the best interest of the animal in mind. When purchasing a gecko from Flawless Crested Geckos, you are agreeing to the terms above.
